BREEZE Cycle Training Days

Breeze Brighton & Hove has partnered with Brighton & Hove Triathlon to bring you a series of women only monthly training rides.

If you fancy giving Triathlon a go, but are nervous about the cycling part, then Breeze rides are for you! We will take you on flat seafront rides, giving you hints and tips along the way. Rides alternate between beginner and intermediate, depending on the distance.  We usually stop for a re-fuelling coffee and cake when we get back to the start at Porteur café in Hove.

Breeze rides are training rides designed to boost confidence and enable you to get out on the roads safely  before race day. They’re perfect for beginners and to boost confidence.

This summer there will be four Breeze Rides specifically designed to prepare you for our race.

Start:   Porteur café in Hove


             Sat 7th June (Beginner ride, 6 miles to Southwick and back)

             Sat 21st July (Intermediate, 20 miles to Worthing and back)

             Sat 11th August (Beginner ride, 12 miles to Shoreham and back)

             Sat 25th August (Intermediate ride, 20 miles to Worthing and back)
