A brand new event is coming to Littlehampton in June... Don't Miss Out!
Littlehampton will play host to its first ever Triathlon event on 10th June, the event is brought to you by the organisers of the Brighton and Hove Triathlon, an experienced team, many of whom have worked on the Olympic and Commonwealth Games. 
Participants will experience the challenge of a sea swim, an adventurous cycle route and a scenic promenade run. We are limiting the places in the first year so make sure you secure your entry early before it is sold out. 
Races will start from 7am.  The start are will be located on East Beach Lawns.  All participants must register and rack their bikes on the morning of the event. 


Sprint (18+):            (Individual & Relay) - 750m sea swim / 20km bike / 5km run.  Individual - £65. Relay - £90

SuperSprint (18+):  (Individual Only) - 300m sea swim / 7km bike / 2.5km run.       Individual - £50

You will receive an email confirmation, please have a read and keep it for your records. We will send you email updates throughout the year and vital event information as race day approaches.

I havent received my email confirmation, what should I do?

Check your junk folder, if it is not there then it is likely that your online entry did not get processed so please contact

Can I defer my entry, or receive a refund?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. You can defer your entry to the following year if your request is made before the deadline. For more information please see the terms and conditions here

Can I transfer my entry?

Entries are non-transferable. You must not transfer your entry to another individual under any circumstance.

Do I have to be a member of British Triathlon Federation to enter?

No, however it is advised to have membership, which covers third party insurance, legal services, personal accident insurance, including international race coverage.

If you are a BTF member you must bring your membership card to the event.

If you are not a member you will be asked to pay a fee for a day license which provides you with insurance for personal injury. The cost is £6 for adults and £3 for children, (cash on the day). This is mandatory as we are operating under British Triathlon Federation rules.

When will I receive my race number?

Race numbers are not posted out. You will need to collect your number and rack your bike on race morning between 6 and 7am.

What time does the race start?

The Triathlon distances will be held on Sunday 10th June, the times will be announced nearer to race day.

How do I get to the race?

If coming by train, the closest station is Littlehampton. If driving ……….

Are there toilets?

Yes, portable toilets will be available at the event

When do I receive my results?

All results will be listed on the event website after the race. You will have an opportunity on site to view your times and splits

Can I race for charity?

Yes, you can race for any charity you wish.

Can I wear headphones?

Not while you are competing as you need to hear marshal instructions and be aware of other cyclists.

Can I wear a race belt

Yes, however your number must be clearly visible at all times otherwise you may be subjected to a two-minute penalty as per British Triathlon Rules. You mustn't fold or cut down your race number in any way. Please write any medical information on the back of your number.
